In one of Neils Bohr's essays he mentions our experiments are that of what we have done to what we have learnt. What about the anomalies to the learning yet to what we have done? Like Neils furthers there are ambiguities to the observation of the observer and the interpretation of the result. I say definitely experiments have a unseen eye to the place of what is observed are also limits to our observation.
