As intellect and consciousness increases so does emotional intelligence I don't see advanced intellect being dangerous only in dire circumstances (lack of hydrogen or other resources for advanced aliens or advanced humans) or in human instance a collective and or racial gain. But danger can occur also when a compute malfunction in cyborg with biological flesh and or interface misinterpreting situations. That will likely cause humanity problems unless there is a UNIVERSAL TRIBUNAL. No kidding court for humans machines and human machine interfaces individuals located through future space ports.
