With such an alarming standard deviation in what is uncovered, yet to be discovered becomes alarming and this much more alarming than recovered. This goes for all governmental parties Democrat or Republican etc. I.e. in government a lot more double triple verifications / verification during the distribution on progress and allocation, IE some funds are over funded, these verifications should take place before appropriating funds to projects or people or entities; this is where a lot of funds can be wasted: that theory goes for businesses too, look what Elon Musk did with workforce allocations... The unnecessary jobs that were there at Twitter and other workforces that is in reflection of this idea, in essence Elon double triple verified his need on certain tasks so be it you can double or triple verify fund allocation essentially similarly even with workforces verification on users and their progress can be reflected like fund allocation postulate.
